Available forms
Powder

Liquid
For easy dosing in beverages
Granules or crystals
For low-dust handling
Formulation note: pH
Erythrosine is sensitive to low pH (below 4.5), which causes it to lose solubility.
Pro tip
Erythrosine is not recommended for acidic drinks such as soft drinks, squashes and fruit beverages. For these, choose an acid-stable red such as Allura Red (E129) or Ponceau 4R (E124). We can help you pick the right shade.

Each shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, non-hazardous certificate, COA and SDS. Other export papers can be prepared on request.
